Our group fitness program offers customized classes for members. You can request as a student group, a team from Charlotte Athletics, a Sport Club, an individual member, etc. We are here to make Group Fitness as accessible as possible! Link to submit form - COMING SOON.
Our small group offerings are intended to provide a more intimate and committed environment for members of the gym to attend consistent classes over a specified number of weeks. Registration in advance is necessary to plan for classes. Click here to learn more!
