Customized Classes

Our group fitness program offers customized classes for members. You can request as a student group, a team from Charlotte Athletics, a Sport Club, an individual member, etc. We are here to make Group Fitness as accessible as possible! Email Tori Lord (tori.lord@charlotte.edu) to set up a custom class.

Our small group offerings are intended to provide a more intimate and committed environment for members of the gym to attend consistent classes over a specified number of weeks. Registration in advance is necessary to plan for classes. Click here to learn more!

Our Specialty Classes include specialty training in areas such as Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, Boxmaster, etc. These are also offered over a predetermined amount of time and require registration in advance! Click here to learn more.
