SM - Women & Weights is UREC's 6 week strength & conditioning program for women, led by women. Join one of our Certified Personal Trainers at Belk Gym Weight Room and prepare to get strong in traditional movements such as the squat, bench, and deadlift. Women & Weights will meet two days a week in the Belk Gym Weight Room. One day will be Lower Body focus, and the other day will be upper body focused. This program will also utilize some machines, dumbbells, and conditioning activities to prepare the body for everything. Strength is IN, lets get strong together.

SM - NINERFIT is UREC's 6-week functional fitness training small group that focuses on utilizing moderate weights (kettlebells, dumbbells) Machines, and Conditioning via machines and bodyweight training to create a body that is capable of doing anything. You will be led by a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness specialist in a group of 6-8 for 6 weeks, after the program ends you can choose to register again or continue on your own and keep the plan made for the group for individual training.
