Check out our special programs for the semester.

Specialty Group Classes provide more focused instruction in a group of 8-10 participants. Classes include topic specific equipment provided by UREC unless otherwise noted. There is an additional cost associated with these small group classes.

Our small group offerings are intended to provide a more intimate and committed environment for members of the gym to attend consistent classes over a specified number of weeks. Registration in advance is necessary to plan for classes. Registration for Specialty Group Classes occurs at the beginning of each academic semester.
