These workshops are intended to give patrons a stronger understanding of a specific type of lift, including technique, tips, proper use of equipment, etc. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, our workshops offer something for everyone.

Fitness Challenges are intended to give patrons an opportunity to execute a lift or another fitness technique in a small group and motivational environment. Often the challenges will be paired with a monthly workshop offered related to the challenge.

Frequency: 1-2/ per month

Small group fitness classes are intended for more focused instruction with groups of 8-10 participants. These classes usually include equipment particular to the class that is all provided by UREC.
