University Recreation empowers every body, every mind, every day to lead active, healthy, and balanced lives and strive for personal growth throughout and beyond their time at UNC Charlotte. 

Professional & Administrative Staff are in charge of University Recreation programs and operations. All of their offices can be found at UREC. Many are in the office suite to the left as you enter the building on the 3rd floor! Get to know them here.

Our Health and Wellbeing Unit at UNC Charlotte falls under the Division of Student Affairs. University Recreation is one of five departments in our Health & Wellbeing Unit!
