SP - Advanced Pilates will take your pilates training to the next level with our progressive advanced pilates program! This will be a chance to get some individual feedback in a more private setting and introduce you to new mat Pilates skills, techniques, equipment, and exercises!

Previous Mat Pilates experience is highly recommended before taking this program.

SP - Advanced Yoga will take your yoga to the next level with our Advanced Yoga program! In this program, you will receive a more detailed and progressive yoga instruction including mastering different postures, understanding the history of yoga, and more intricate breath work. This will all occur in a private setting while allowing you to improve your yoga practice.

Previous yoga experience is highly encouraged for this program.

SM - Women & Weights is UREC's  6 week strength & conditioning program for women, led by women. Join one of our Certified Personal Trainers at Belk Gym Weight Room and prepare to get strong in traditional movements such as the squat, bench, and deadlift. Women & Weights will meet two days a week in the Belk Gym Weight Room. One day will be Lower Body focus, and the other day will be upper body focused. This program will also utilize some machines, dumbbells, and conditioning activities to prepare the body for everything. Strength is IN, lets get strong together.

SM - NINERSTRONG is a 6 week small group training program that will focus on strength, hypertrophy, conditioning. This program consists of two days a week in Belk Gym Weight Room and will have participants gaining strength across the program, eventually working up to a 1, 5, or 8 rep max. Participants will learn how to comfortably and confidently squat, hinge, and press while also getting their sweat on. Join one of UREC’s Certified Personal Trainers and get NINERSTRONG.

BONUS Programs have a small FEE from our Fitness or Strength Programs and are offered in 5-6 week sessions each semester.

Out indoor pool features lap lanes, half basketball courts, a vortex, a volleyball net, and open swim.

EQ Overview

Fitness Challenges are intended to give patrons an opportunity to execute a lift or another fitness technique in a small group and motivational environment. Often the challenges will be paired with a monthly workshop offered related to the challenge.

Location: Most often meets on the 1st Floor, but will vary based on the CH
