Williams won Silver in the 100-meter race at the 2004 Athens Olympics and took Gold in 2012 in London for the 4x100 relay. After a severe leg injury, she transitioned to bobsledding and won Silver in the two person bobsled in Sochi in 2014!
She is the first American woman - and only the 5th athlete in history - to medal at both the Summer and Winter Olympics.

Lauryn Williams is an athlete, speaker, writer, and financial coach.
She has worked with ACE - the US Olympic & Paralympic Athlete Career and Education (ACE) program - to serve and empower Team USA athletes in pursuit of personal, educational & professional success.

Passion

Lauryn owns WORTH WINNING - a financial consulting company which strives to help young professionals manage their finances.
She is on the Women's Sports Foundation Athlete Advisory Panel which works to create equality in athletics for women.
