BREAKING THE SILENCE

Real Stories of Body Acceptance and Recovery

Courageous UNC Charlotte students will share from a personal perspective their stories of recovery from eating disorders and body image challenges. There will be a live Q&A, snacks, CWP stress balls, play-doh, coloring, crocheting, and knitting as well as education about on and off-campus resources and how to be a supportive friend/bystander.
