Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or submission grappling (no-gi), is a combat sport utilizing ground fighting and submission holds. It focuses on the skill of
taking an opponent to the ground, controlling the opponent, gaining an advantageous position, and applying a number of techniques to force
them into submission with joint locks or chokeholds.
This class will be for beginners looking to explore BJJ. With a safe and effective learning environment you will gain confidence, improve
health and be welcomed into the combat sport community!

A form of boxing style training that will teach patrons how to safely throw a punch while getting a great cardiovascular workout! This course will be 12 sessions within a 6 week period utilizing mostly gloves and the Boxmaster. The Boxmaster caters to every fitness level and allows patrons to throw any combination of punches at any time! *A pair of boxing gloves is included in the price*

Looking to "test the waters" and try something new? SUP yoga incorporates hatha and vinyasa yoga poses on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP). This 6-week all levels course will cover the basic alignment and safety techniques for yoga on a paddleboard. The practice requires different alignment than on solid earth because the board is continually move, so some experience with yoga is recommended but not required.
