What is it?

The My Steady Mind Cognitive Fitness Training program is designed to teach individuals both strategies and skills utilized by top leaders to achieve success. This training program takes place virtually in a 9-Module course with expert coaching. The course covers the 6 Domains of Mental Strength: Resiliency, Presence, Focus, Confidence, Gratitude, and Emotional Intelligence. 

Who is it for?

We are offering this opportunity to student employees, student org members and leaders, faculty, staff, and general students who are interested in participating in a training program to reduce stress and improve mental wellbeing. Thanks to the support of grant funding, University Recreation is partnering with My Steady Mind to provide a Cognitive Fitness Training (CRT) offered at no additional cost.

Why My Steady Mind?

University Recreation offers a variety of ways to get involved on campus through facilities, services, and programs. UREC also recognizes that there are many components that contribute to an individuals' overall wellbeing, besides the physical. Individuals who complete the program will receive a certificate of completion to be added to their resume!
